Companies invest in new IT systems — and often fail not because of the technology, but because employees do not accept the system. The result: expensive workarounds, a relapse to old processes and an investment that doesn't pay off.

I develop IT systems that combine technical implementation and human adoption from the outset. Not a system in accordance with the specifications, which is then “rolled out” — but one that suits the organization and its users.

In concrete terms, this means that before a line of code is created, it is clarified what the system should do for the company and what the people who use it every day need. Through user analysis, prototypes, and early testing, assumptions are checked before they become expensive. On this basis, web applications, internal tools, database systems or platforms are created — technically cleanly built and visually designed in such a way that they function intuitively.

The result: lower investment risk, less friction during implementation and a system that is actually being used.
