Sichere Zuflucht

With Sichere Zuflucht, a digital mediation platform was created that quickly and anonymously connects women in situations of domestic violence with qualified counselors. At the core of the strategy development was the question of how both sides could best find each other – from the first contact, through the counseling process, to secure and trustworthy communication.

For this purpose, workflows were defined that are both low-threshold for those affected and ensure professionalism and structure on the part of the counselors. In close collaboration with a UI designer, this strategy was translated into a clear and user-friendly design.

On a technical level, a website developed with NuxtJS was created, integrating a secure login area, a payment system, and video call functionality. There, counselors can manage profiles, and women can directly find the right contact – protected, structured, and easily accessible.
